Radish - Long White Icicle (Raphanus sativus)

Organically grown White Icicle Radish Seeds - Harvested and Packaged locally from our own garden.

Fun Fact: The leaves, seed pods and roots on a radish are all edible!
Radishes are a great source of vitamin C to help strengthen the immune system. They are also helpful in reducing inflammation. Radish also enhances the flavour of plants grown with it.

Preparation and growing conditions: Well-draining soil.

Sowing: 10mm deep - 25cm apart

Climate: Full sun

Companion Plants: Carrot, Marigolds, Brassicas, Tomato, Peppers, Eggplant, Oregano, Lettuce, Spinach, Cucumber, Peas and Beans.

Avoid Planting with: Corn, Sunflowers, Turnip.

Fertiliser and feeding: An all purpose fertiliser just before planting.

Germination: 5 - 14 days.

Harvesting: 3 - 4 weeks. Harvest regularly to encourage better yields.

Storage: Refrigerate in a perforated plastic bag in the crisper section.

Minimum of 20 seeds per pack. Beautifully packaged in resealable, lightproof Ziplock packaging, designed to keep seeds fresh.
